It conists of the main house for up to ten guests, a gazebo, pool and heated Jacuzzi and a large parking area. The villa is set in a beautiful tropical garden and once inside all of your senses will be awakened. The villa is five minutes from the Marina and a 10 to 15 minute walk or three minute golf cart ride to the private beach, Punta Minitas. The home is also close to Altos de Chavon.
Living, dining areas, and studio are located on the ground floor. The outdoor dining area is a great place for your morning breakfasts and candle light dinners. The outdoor dining area offers two tables that sit ten guests comfortably. The large gazebo sits at the top of the infinity swimming pool. There are two master suites, one located on the ground floor and the other located on the second floor with a balcony. Both suites offer great views of the property and its surroundings. All six bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning.
