Inside, Villa du Cacique pairs traditional luxury with modern style. Behind its notable and charming wooden entrance gates lies a grand stone entry courtyard, which opens to surrounding white archway hallways spotted with art and orchids. The polished Dominican Coralina stone flooring found in most of the villa continues in the dining room, which combines grand dining seating for up to 16 with a selection of unique and alluring plate ware, among its mix of vintage french dining chairs, adjacent to the fully equipped gourmet French Blue kitchen.

Included in the Villa:

  1. The Villa has four usable bedrooms along with all of the other common areas, living rooms, cinema, dining room, kitchens, and gardens.
  2. Daily Housekeeping services, in-house chef, and a foreman from 9AM – 5PM Monday – Friday and 9AM -12Noon on Saturdays. If TENANT-GUEST wishes for the staff to stay longer than their scheduled shift they may modify their hours with 48 hours in advance directly with the staff being requested or request an extension of their hours at a.manzano@linkswg.com for an additional fee. Fee is negotiable at on a need by need basis.
  3. The chef will provide the TENANT-GUEST two evenings shifts during their stay from 6AM-midnight at no additional cost.
  4. The employees of the Villa will be fully compensated with pay and insurance during your stay.

Rules:

  1. Permission to celebrate parties or special events must be obtained in advance from the OWNER. The OWNER has the right to disapprove of such a request. If approved extra charges may be applied. Please be considerate of the volume of the music. Any disturbance resulting in Costasur / Casa de Campo security department action, neighborhood complaints or any violation of the rules and regulations established in this agreement is considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of your stay with all monies paid forfeited.
  2. Tenants shall not disturb, annoy, endanger or interfere with neighbors, nor use the premises for any unlawful purposes. House parties, bachelor parties, prostitutes, or similar activities generally considered illegal or immoral and degrading to and abusive of the reputation of the property and the neighborhood are strictly prohibited at all times. Guest(s) may not make in house activities considered annoying, unhealthy, noxious, dangerous, unlawful or contrary to Casa de Campo’s statutes of the community. Nor violate any regulations of Casa de Campo, nor commit a nuisance upon the premises.
  3. The TENANT-GUEST agrees not to assign this Agreement, nor to sub-let any part of the property, nor to allow any other person to stay therein without requesting first permission from the OWNER and paying the appropriate surcharge. At no time, shall the occupancy of the vacation rental exceed the number of persons stated in this rental document. Social areas are not to be used for sleeping guests.
  4. Renter herby agrees to Indemnify and hold OWNER harmless from any and all claims including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way related to Renter’s use of Property or the items of personal property provided therein. Renter assumes all risk of injury or other losses relating to any recreational activities including use of the private swimming pool on the property and will hold OWNER harmless with respect thereto. * The pool is equipped with a fence that should remain in place if you have small children.   5. The Property is rented with the OWNERS furniture and household furnishings. OWNER shall not be responsible for providing additional furnishings or equipment not presently available in Property. Renter will report any maintenance issues immediately to the foreman Alex 1-829-298-4610. OWNER will make every effort to repair and/or replace any equipment that is not working properly, but cannot guarantee that all equipment is in good operating order at all times and no rate adjustments or refund will be made for equipment or appliance failures.
